Your documents
Upload documents you own or have permission to process. Keep the original files and review the finished result before sharing it. Conversions can change fonts, spacing and other details, especially in complex Office files.
A drawn or uploaded signature places a visible signature on the page. It does not create a cryptographically verified digital signature. Adding a box or highlight does not permanently redact underlying text. Password unlocking requires the document’s password and permission to use the file.
Free tasks and paid downloads
The pricing page shows the current free allowance, individual task price, 24-hour pass and subscription options. Processing a failed task does not use a download allowance. A task counts when its finished result is made available through the download action. Repeat downloads of that same result are included while its files remain available.
The free daily allowance resets at midnight in Kenya. Guest usage is counted using the browser’s network address; signing in does not reset an allowance already used. A 24-hour pass starts when payment is confirmed. Subscription duration and task limits are shown before purchase.
Paid access is granted after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Check the payment status before starting another payment if confirmation is delayed. For help with a charge, contact info@agilecode.co.ke with its reference.
Temporary storage and file limits
Files are temporary and expire after the period shown on the task page. A download pass does not extend file storage. Save the result to your device before expiry. Upload size, page and file limits are displayed before processing.
Unsupported, damaged or oversized files may be rejected. Processing can also stop if it exceeds the service’s time or resource limits.
Your account
Use accurate contact information and keep your password private. Do not try to access another person’s files or bypass the service’s limits. Administration may disable accounts that misuse the service.
